President and CEO
James brings 19 years of software industry experience to Axis Data having recently served as President of Resolute.com, a division of Qwest. His track record includes leading two successful initial public offerings and launching 13 products that became market leaders in their category. James is widely regarded in the industry for his strategic marketing expertise and ability to develop high-quality management teams across development, sales and marketing.
He speaks frequently at various conferences and symposiums and serves as a board member for several software and marketing services firms. James has a B.S. in Accounting and an M.B.A. in Management Science from Illinois State University.

Founder and Chief Technology Officer
Charlie is Axis Data’s technology visionary, widely acclaimed for his business technology views and accomplishments. Prior to Axis Data, Charlie was director of technical services for Crenshaw Systems. He started his career in the financial industry as a software developer and district operations manager for Bank of America. He holds a B.S. degree in computer science from the University of Southern California.

Vice President of Sales
Before joining Axis Data, Mike was Vice President of Sales at DataChannel. At DataChannel he was responsible for managing the development of strategic relationships with IBM, Accenture and independent software vendors. The IBM relationship resulted in IBM standardizing its Portal platform strategy around DataChannel’s products. Prior to DataChannel, Mike held a similar role at Entera where he ran the business development efforts for the company from its inception to its ultimate sale to CacheFlow. In addition, Mike brings more than 20 years in various business development, marketing and sales management positions within the software industry.
